At Organic Nails and Spa, we are committed to an incredible spa experience for everyone. We provide an environment that delights the senses and brings joy to body, mind and spirit alike. By using natural and organic spa ingredients, we present a distinctive and soothing spa experience that connects you with nature. We believe your nails should be natural, flawless, absolutely beautiful right in the heart of the city of Vienna.

At the heart of our spa experience is an abiding respect, understanding, and care for our clients, which begins with a concern for purity. Your trust and your comfort are essential to us. We employ a medical autoclave steam sterilization which is used at labs facility for the cleaning and sterilization to process on all our tools. A new nail fIle, buffer and pumice stone will be discarded after each service. Our pedicure bowls come equipped with disposable liners, and they are also outfitted with ECO air jets. Our special manicure bowl is design for one time use only, to ensure the highest level of sanitary conditions for each guest.

CANCELATION POLICY:
Kindly provide at least 5 hours notice if you need to reschedule or cancel an appointment, and 48 hours notice for group cancellation. If your appointment is on the following day and we are closed at the time, please contact us at organicnailsandspa@gmail.com to notify us. If you miss an appointment and fail to notify us 3 hours before your scheduled appointment, you will be charged a fee of 50% of the total service rendered. Deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE. Our grace late period is 5-10 minutes, so please be on time. We may have to reschedule your appointment if you are more than 10 minutes late. Please give us a call as our availability is subject to change.
WAXING SERVICES:
We are not responsible for any allergic reactions or burns for customers who may have sensitive skin or are using any medications or creams not suitable for waxing skincare. We do not double-dip wax.
GUARANTEE OF WORK AND REFUSAL OF SERVICE:
Nail enhancements and gel manicures are guaranteed for 7 days after your appointment, excluding breakages. If you lose an enhancement or notice chips or lifting in the first 7 days, please call us to schedule a complimentary repair. Reschedule your appointment if the following conditions are present: open cuts, sores, and contagious diseases. Ingrown nails are not included in any service. If you continue to request to remove it, we are happy to help you. However, you must provide an ID and allow us to make a copy and you must sign an agreement. Please inform our technicians or staff so we can provide our service with proper care. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at any time.
GIFT CARDS:
Gift cards are not refundable or exchangeable at any time. Gift cards are to be treated as store credit and, therefore, are not redeemable if lost or stolen. Gift cards are valid for 1 year on the date of purchase. Children under the age of 12 are not allowed in the salon unless they are receiving a service or accompanied by an adult.
CELLPHONES:
Please be respectful to the people around you who are trying to relax during their nail services and use a moderate speaking tone if you need to take a call.
THERE ARE NO REFUNDS GIVEN ON ANY SERVICES OR PRODUCTS
We accept Visa, Mastercard, credit cards, debit cards, gift certificates, and cash. We do not accept personal checks. We do not defer payment and a form of payment must be assured when you are checked out. Please ensure you have payment with you before you arrive for services. If you are not satisfied with your nails or services, please let our manager know before you leave and we will do our best to accommodate. If you leave the salon without informing or giving notice of your dissatisfaction, it is considered that you are satisfied with your services.
